Beautiful location and was very peaceful. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The hill from the house to the river was pretty steep but also had stairs down. The road out is steep and rough as indicated in the description. I would definitely suggest you have 4WD. We did not and it was a difficult exit.

This a review I looked forward to writing after leaving there this morning. The Jefferson cabin was a very rare property that exceeded my expectations in every way. And we caught six nice fish from the dock just below. Zero disappointments from my party of three. Thanks Kenneth, hope to stay at your place again.

This cabin is beautiful property that sits right on the river. Very peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing and had quick response time. I can't wait to go back next year!

We came to Kenneth's house as a family get together to celebrate the end of summer before we all head back to school and jobs! The house was great for a big crew! We had plenty of space for our family! I absolutely loved having a washer and dryer and being able to have all of my laundry done when I headed home!! I have stayed in quite a few Air BNB's and I was EXTREMELY grateful for all of the dishes/appliances! We grilled and cooked every night! We wanted a secluded spot that we could just relax! The guys loved the river and I loved the porch swing! It was perfect for reading and relaxing! We loved that it was not a super far drive to Lake Norfolk! We have family who had a pontoon that we could use for the day and that was a nice day thing to do as well!!!! We will for sure be back!!!!

Our stay is always magical surrounded by lots of beautiful nature and the river. The boat dock and ability to sit right at the river is an added bonus. Loved just sitting there watching fishermen go by, kayakers and the periodic bald eagle. The place is exactly as advertised and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Kenneth is always available and communication is great. Looking forward to a return trip!
