We came in for the Boone County Horse sale at the Missouri State Fairgrounds and this house was perfect!! It is extremely close to the Fairgrounds, in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood! It is very close to great restaurants which Joy told us about and super close to town!! The house basement was great to access with a circle drive considering we were pulling a long horse trailer. Joy answered questions almost immediately and was more than hospital. This basement area was like staying with family!! It was also super clean and had awesome beds in large bedrooms. We also had 2 dachshunds and they are pet friendly with an awesome yard and homemade doggie treats! I can't think of one negative comment for Joy's place, and we will for sure rent it again!!

This is a great place and was super pet friendly! The area is spacious and very nicely set up. Joy has thought of everything to make our visit excellent. She had lots of amenities and was very thoughtful with her communications. She even left for us some excellent cinnamon rolls from a local bakery. If you are passing through or headed to the State Fair, this is the perfect place to stay!

The place was nice, clean, and quiet. The bathroom needed a exhaust fan to help vent the heat/steam from the shower. Everything else was great, easy to get in, and out. We all felt very comfortable.
