We loved our stay here. The hosts are very responsive and flexible! They took great care in making sure we were comfortable. We even had welcome snacks upon arrival. The home is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of beautiful sunlight through many windows. Every day we watched some deer trot through the backyard. You can see the bay from inside the home. The stairs to the upstairs are a bit steep for older folks, but everything has a railing. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a fantastic time!

Exactly what we needed...peaceful, quiet, beautiful, clean and surrounded by Mother Nature! Amazing views of Peconic Bay thru the large windows- plus deer, rabbits and a wide variety of birds that made daily appearances plus the sunsets and fireworks made the entire trip 'extra special'. Location was another 'plus'- located in-between Riverhead and Hampton Bays plus lots to do in the immediate area- boating, kayaking, beach and local purveyors of fruit, vegetables, eggs, seafood and fish made every meal special and fresh! The outdoor shower with hot & cold water was enjoyed and used daily by all and so refreshing after a dip in the bay or walk on the beach. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and daily morning walks thru the neighborhood were tranquil and uninterrupted by cars, trucks or motorcycles. Central AC was on only 'as needed'- as the smell of summer (beach, the bay) permeated throughout the house. We will definitely return next summer OR sooner! Definitely a hidden gem!

Kenneth and Jennifer were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their place is exactly like the pictures and was the most well stocked Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I felt right at home. Very peaceful with wonderful views and a quick walk to the beach. I was shown how to get there and where beach towels, umbrellas and chairs are. Very roomy backyard with the grill ready to go. I would recommend this place to anyone considering it

Wonderful, as advertised. Amazing view of the bay from the living room. Bay/beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. If you love the area, it’s an awesome place to stay.
