Very good location, close to everything in Villefrance-sur-Mer. Small apartment with big balcony, view to sea and old town. Warm recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay here and think it was good value for the price. The location cannot be beat! We used it as a home base for 5 nights to explore the coast and it was very easy to travel up and down via train from Nice to Menton. We enjoyed the deck space very much for our breakfast & coffee! Ellinor was a responsive & friendly host. There were a few things we noticed about the space that we felt could be improved on. The main surfaces were fairly clean but the apartment is in need of a deep clean - the kitchen cabinet handles were greasy with dried food on them, there was lots of dust in the corners, and clutter was piled up on the deck, in the closet, and on the table. The mattress was very lumpy & uncomfortable. There was also no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom when we checked in. Overall, it was good value and a great location, but I think a bit of extra care & attention to spruce up the space could go a long way for this apartment!

Pros- - the host, Diana and Ellinor, are responsive and easy to communicate with. - the patio is large with a nice view - secure building - Villefranche is very charming and quaint Cons- - the mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable and should be replaced - it is very loud as the sounds of cars and motorbikes reverberate off the 2 buildings amplifying the noise Recommend- replacing the mattress and pillows, balancing the washing machine and supply beach towels for guest.

We appreciated the great location and comfortable living space. We were able to cook meals. Easy to get to Nice and other locations. Diana was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.
