Martine and her husband were most welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, the accommodation was beautiful with a lovely pool. The position of the property was fabulous, very peaceful, relaxing and quiet. The position to Troyes was great, a lively walk into town to experience the many delightful restaurants, coffee houses, market and bakeries.

just gorgeous! we so enjoyed our stay here... beautiful place...lovely area to sit out overlooking the pool...air conditioning..2lovely bedrooms ensuite... so near the centre of Troyes ...a lovely welcome from Martine..we were 2 couples and we had a wonderful stay here thank you Martine

My husband and I absolutely loved Martine's place. Martine and her husband are very welcoming and lovely! they were flexible with check-in and check-out, recommended a very good restaurant and were available all the time. The house is amazing! super modern, has everything you need, air-conditioning in all rooms and living room, sound system and an amazing swimming pool. Everything is walkable distance but it is yet peaceful place (I was worried of being so close to city center but you don't feel at all). You enjoy peace and silence while home and still walk to great restaurants. They have a mini-bar you can buy basic drinks. Very helpful as we runned out of mineral water and were lazy to go out. Bed and linen are great as well, TV in all rooms with Internet, prime and Netflix. The city is also very good. The only thing we were upset was for not staying a bit longer to enjoy surrounding areas, wine tasting and the lake which I founded to be just 20km away. We will definitely come back!

De woning ligt in het centrum van Troyes, alles ligt op loopafstand. Toch is het erg rustig in en rondom de woning, wat heel fijn is. De voorzieningen zijn top, het zwembad is erg mooi en er is overal airco. Met de hitte erg fijn :-) Ook parkeren kan achter een hek bij de woning. Martine reageert erg snel en communiceert goed. Wij hebben samen met onze kinderen genoten van het prachtige huis, de mooie stad en omgeving en zullen zeker graag nog eens terugkomen.

Martine is great! And what a wonderful house, with the pool right by the kitchen, so you can watch the kids swimming while you cook. The bedrooms and beds are amazing too. The location to the town is super convenient, with the centre of Troyes and heaps of fine restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. Great security and privacy too. There is also a remote control cover for the pool; extra reassurance for when the kids aren’t swimming. The perfect start to our holiday, before a long drive South. We would love to return.
