Kind and helpful host. Present for check in. Very responsive. And works to fix any concerns you might have. Spot is well located to take out locations. Neighbors are kind. During my stay I had a space to park day and night.

The amazing thing about this location is everything to your disposal is available to you. Such as a near by mall (Kings plaza mall) which is walking distance and less than 5 mins away and Utica ave and Flatbush ave where there are number of restaurants available such as Italian , Korean , Caribbean , Spanish etc.. there are number of parks in the area as well. JFK is less than 15 mins away
There are many transportation available to you as a guest . There are busy stops on each corner . And also Dollar vans which can bring you from one end of Brooklyn to another for an extremely small fee. And Uber and Lyft of course . JFK is less than 15 mins away
