There are ten fabulous bedrooms spread over three floors in the main house with 3 shared shower rooms/bathrooms and 6 luxury en suites. One bedroom being on the ground floor. Just a few metres away tucked into the corner of the rear garden is Dale Barn with a further two family suites (one ground floor) both with private entrances and en suites. There are two delightful lounges both with soft comfy seating and log burners in each. The main hub of the house is the impressive dining room running centrally between the lounges, featuring a large table which can seat up to 30 guests. Leading from the Dining Room there is a handy downstairs w/c with shower and further along the hallway you enter the kitchen. A well equipped kitchen with a real home from home vibe, having all the necessary items you would expect to find in a house this size. There is a 2nd staircase that leads to bedroom 1 only. Each bedroom is individually styled, with bright colours and warm touches, most have an en suite with them too. A short walk from the main house you have the separate barn that has 2 suites, a large bedroom on the ground floor with wet room, the 1st floor bedroom, is large with stunning stone walls a separate small room leads off which has a set of adult sized bunk beds- great for a family or teenagers room. There is an en suite also. The grounds of Dale House wrap around the house, entering from the car parking area the steps down lead you to the front door, there is a front lawn area with well established borders, a paved walkway takes you to the side of the property where you can enjoy ball games on the sizeable, flat lawn space, ideal for everyone to let off a bit of steam. At the rear of the property, it is tiered, with further lawn and steps that lead to the paved outdoor seating area with picnic benches and BBQ, a real sun trap to enjoy in the warmer months. There is a gravelled ramp leading to the barn. There is a separate Games room opposite the parking, with pool table, table football and a darts board. There is a 22KW electric vehicle charger located in the car park, minimum charges apply.
