PROS: Awesome location right on the beach. Jo-Ann let us check in a bit early. she was very responsive at first. CONS: No water on our 3rd day there, thankfully it came back on after a few hours. Sadly our 4th day there we lost power in the afternoon. I let the host know and she reached out to the power company and said she had a generator if needed. I let her know to keep us updated because we cannot stay there if there is no way to see/charge phones/cook and it was quite hot. She did not respond to any messages until later that night. we went out to dinner to avoid being in the room. When we arrived back the host had a generator running with just a fan plugged into it. If I would have known that was all we would get out of the generator I would have booked somewhere else to stay earlier than 9pm. thankfully we knew people staying nearby that let us stay with them. Poor communication that could have left us in the dark and hot. Also large roach inside the unit at one point. Beware!

I always felt safe here! People were so friendly. Me and my daughter came alone, first time on a trip without my husband & son (they went riding in the states and we came here because I’m pregnant) Jo Ann was always available when I needed help. They were doing construction in the area when we first arrived and the water was off but she promptly got that back on for us. There are places you can walk to to eat. Cafe Regina for breakfast is always busy but tables come available quickly so give it a try it is really good! Uber is easy to get in this area to go other places that you don’t want to walk to or there are always scooters to rent on the corner. Also if you’ve never been to PR dont rent a car, no parking anywhere you go really, and Uber will be cheaper in long run. Beach is just right there, and a beautiful beach at that, we walked up the beach and explored a bit. Great pic opportunities, there’s also a sandbar up to the right, you’ll see people swimming, just follow the people

Thanks so much great place for a few nights. Perfect area. Less than a 5 min walk from the beach.
