My best friend and I had a girls trip we stayed at Alan and Jennifer’s place and it was amazing. Absolutely nothing negative to say only positive things highly recommend and we will stay there again. Location was fantastic. Everything was fantastic.

they were great hosts both responsive before and during. they sent good directions and the location was ideal for proximity to Vanderbilt for my graduation and the airport as I had to pickup and drop off people all weekend

Thank you Jennifer and Allen! We were in town for the Morgan wallen concert and wanted to stay away from Broadway, this location was great, safe and still had restaurants and a grocery store close by within walking distance. We didn’t have a car, but there was easy access to parking and the neighborhood is nice. This was our first time in Nashville and would definitely come back, hopefully Jennifer and Allen’s place is available!

A wonderful place to stay at. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was located at a walkable distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The location is about 10 minutes from broadway. I definitely will recommend to family and friends to stay here due to the friendly host and lovely atmosphere. The place was a major success for our getaway!
