Do note that this unit has no kitchen or space to put any food stuff. It has a small table, sufficient only for a boiler and some plates and cutlery., which is provided So if you are the kind who likes to take away food and have lots of foodstuff, there is no space to put it. This unit is the top level of a penthouse, which has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. It is suitable for 3 couples of a family of 6 who use it only for rest at the end of the day. It has a sagging 3 seater sofa, and a dining table with 3 chairs in the living room. It has a large balcony with 2 lounge chairs. each room has an open clothes rack with some hangers and a small dressing table with a stool. The unit has good water pressure and heater to fill up the bathtub, The bathtub is clean and comfortable and i would say is the best part of the unit. Overall the unit looks pretty new, except the main door which looks worn out and hard to lock. The place is safe with security and parking is provided.

Big living space that’s good for gathering with family / friends! Love that fact that there’s en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. Will definitely be back again.

William’s apartment is highly recommended for both short and longer trips. This is my second stay in consecutive trips to JB, and the experience was similarly excellent. Beautiful and secure condo. Highly responsive and friendly host. Location is perfect for quick drives to Midvalley Mall, Austin and Tebrau. Taman Molek, where the stay is located, is a nice part of JB with great restaurants in itself too. Thank you for the stay William.
