Joann's place really is a fantastic place to stay at in Manhattan. It is very well located and only a few steps from a subway station. It is also spacious and comfortable. We can only recommend this AirBnB, it's definitely one of the best places one can find in NYC!

Joann was an amazing host. She responded immediately whenever we had any questions and was extremely flexible with our unusual checkin/checkout times. The room had all the amenities you'll need including a bunch of travel sized ones that you might have forgotten during your packing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great room close to Time Square and Central Park.

This place is clean, cozy, with so many little extras that it makes the visit very special. Location is fabulous- walking distance to Central Park, tons of shopping and restaurants. There is a pharmacy mere steps away, lovely grocery store around the corner, and the apartment itself is fully stocked. There were clean towels, extra sheets- even some laundry detergent! Downstairs on site there is a very nice laundromat that works with credit cards. The building security was welcoming and thoughtful. Joann was responsive and kind. In short, this apartment is in a fantastic location and has everything you need for a great stay in NYC. We loved it!
