The villa was lovely and modern, comfortable rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The pool was fantastic, we opted to have it heated with being early in the season and it was definitely worth it. The kids drawing board and little table and chairs were a nice touch, our kids loved that. The villa has a washing machine that I didn’t see listed so that was an extra bonus. Good facilities and a nice space. The area was quiet and peaceful but imagine it could get noisy if all the villas were full as they’re very close together. The stairs were a bit dangerous for the kids but the hosts kindly put a stair gate in for us The only down side was the wall around the back of the villa was low with quite a big drop behind it into a field, which wasn’t obvious from the images online. With a 2 and a 5 year old we had to watch them closely, as well as the pool which was a little stressful, it could have done with a low fence to block it off (it also wasn’t a great view). Great place! For relaxation with friends or family. The villa is just like in the photos, it is a complex of about 30 houses, but no one bothers each other. Very comfortable beds and places to spend free time. Heated swimming pool (November), perfect temperature to sit in in the evenings. The host is very helpful, points out many local options and restaurants. I highly recommend this place, you can have a wonderful holiday there without any worries!

Just home from a lovely stay in Costas’s villa in Protaras. We were a party of 5 adults + 1 baby, but the villa could easily sleep 8-10 adults. The villa itself is beautiful, situated in a lovely complex a short walk from the main strip. Living space, bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen all pristine. Pool and outside area was absolutely perfect, with pool checked and cleaned twice during our stay. Huge thank you to Costas, we would highly recommend a stay here.

Had a wonderful stay 2nd Time as a family. Liked the new astroturfing around the pool area great improvement. But a small disappointment was that no pool towels were supplied. But overall loved our stay.
