Next time we visit the island most likely we would stay there again everything was nice including the area we feel safe and a friendly environment and nices beaches

María fue muy amable y siempre al pendiente de todo. Decidimos hospedarnos aquí porque soy del área y tengo familia en Añasco y áreas cercanas. Me encantó el lugar y definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí en un futuro. 100% Recomendable.

We had a fantastic time. House was as pictured. It was the cleanest house I have ever rented. Plenty of room and space. Kitchen was well stocked. Mercadies was a lovely lady downstairs. She Was extremely friendly. We loved her. Would highly recommend this house.

The place was a great match for our needs, and Maria is a very attentive host. She did all what she could to fix the washing machine that was broke when we arrived, and even offered us to use hers, downstairs. My daughter was happy playing with their very friendly pet cat that kept paying us visits upstairs. Each bedroom has a separate AC unit that allowed us to sleep comfortably even in PR warm weather. And I appreciated to have a private full bathroom inside the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and Maria was prompt to restock supplies if we ran out. Our car was parked behind a gate, so we felt it was protected, even if we had to make sure we didn't block other car in the garage. The neighborhood is more loud than what we are used to, and still we felt it was private enough. We loved to sit and enjoy the evening breeze in the front porch. We left with very good memories and would come back if we could. Thanks, María, and also to your mom.

Maria’s place was fantastic. It is in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I walked to the beach every day and so many other beaches were a short drive away. They have water reserves for when utilities shut down so there is no inconvenience at all. I arrived late at night to a very clean house that was easy to find and easy to access. These hosts are unbelievable. You won’t find a better host. So friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
