This is a fantastic place to stay if you want ocean views and easy ocean access! We had 5 adults including 2 seniors so having the primary bedroom on the main floor was great (there are quite a few stairs to get into the house). House was very clean and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the fire pit too. This is a great house and Rockaway Beach is a fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay, easy to find, probably would be helpful to take off the old lock box so there is not confusion between that one and the correct arriving late at night. Wonderful couches and great room area to hangout! We will be back!

Lovely house with INCREDIBLE views of ocean/sunrise/sunset right from the main room. Overall great experience but dinged 1 star for several easily fixable issues. The good: (1) views; (2) tons of towels! (3) 1-2 minute walk to beach; (4) clean. The bad: (1) extremely poor communication. I messaged Vacasa multiple times with a simple request for late check out - I wanted a direct yes/no answer, and if yes, what the fee is. Despite Airbnb showing a “1 hour response time,” they ignored several messages, and when they responded, it took days & was unhelpful (did not actually answer my question). Frustrating & time-consuming. (2) no air conditioner. While it’s cool outside, the house is insulated enough that it was pretty hot (August). Fan wasn’t effective. (3) reservation was for 4 adults & 1 child, but bathrooms only had 1 TINY body soap/shampoo per bathroom. Basically, their supply is not enough for a reservation more than 2 people & even then, only for 2 nights/showers.

This house was clean, updated and has a very nice view. The kitchen is well equipped. The lack of dining room and the late check in and early check out times are my only complaints given that it's on the expensive side - over $2,000 for 42 hours.
