This apartment is well located, is big and it was clean. The WIFI works very well, I was teleworking without any problem. It is located near to the beach which it is a plus  It is in a fourth floor without elevator, we know it but it has to be taking into consideration in case of any physical limitation. At Summer time it is quite difficult to park the car near from the apartment but the place is safe and we don´t have any problem. The TV needs to be upgraded but there is a lot of books available to read . The refrigerator, microwave and washing machine works very well but the cookware and Kitchen needs to be updated, there are restaurants, supermarkets , pharmacy , etc near from the apartment. You should ask to guest for all the available services at the apartment before. The person who give us the keys was supporting us without any problem. Este apartamento está bien situado, es grande y estaba limpio. El WIFI funciona muy bien, estuve teletrabajando sin ningún problema. Está ubicado cerca de la playa lo cual es un plus  Está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, lo sabiamos pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta en caso de alguna limitación física. En verano es bastante difícil aparcar el coche cerca del apartamento pero el lugar es seguro y no tuvimos ningún problema. Es necesario actualizar el televisor, pero hay muchos libros disponibles para leer . La nevera, el microondas y la lavadora funcionan muy bien pero los utensilios de cocina y la cocina deben actualizarse, hay restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, etc. cerca del apartamento. Debe preguntar al huésped por todos los servicios disponibles en el apartamento antes de ir. La persona que nos entregó las llaves nos estuvo apoyando sin ningún problema

J’ai passé quelques jours avec mon fils et l’appartement est fidèle à la description. Propre, fonctionnel et bien situé par rapport au transports, la plage, le supermarché et les restaurants. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons été bien reçu et tout s’est bien passé. Je recommande.

Great spacious apartment. Good location with everything near by. Host is a great communicator and very accommodating. Kitchen utensils should be updated and the apartment needs a decent TV. There is no elevator and there are 4 flights of stairs so if you are not in shape, consider this speciañly when carrying groceries. Overall a great value.
