Great place to stay. The other guests have all been well-behaved and friendly. Despite sharing the kitchen with everyone, people do their washing up and it's never cluttered. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. Only a 2 minute walk to the tram and a 10 minute walk to the local shopping centre. Going to central Dublin is convenient from this house as it's so close to the tram, but the local area is also lovely for walks. There's also a garden where you can hang out with the other residents or hang out your washing. The host is friendly and helpful when you need it. All in all, highly recommend staying here!

The bedroom is very nice. Very peaceful lounge area to meet the airbnb housemates, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. Thanks, Declan, for hosting me.

About Declan, he is a great host who help and support his guests instantly to his best level. Very nice person and friendly so anyone want to book his place must not worry about any guidance which may require. About his house, first the most important thing superb cleanliness specially the common place sitting lounge and the spacious kitchen. All guests living in his house are sensible pand follow the guidelines which ensures the cleanliness of common place. Mist importantly, the house is located in very peaceful locality where you can experience fresh breadth, green views and nearby access to public transport and grocery store. I enjoyed my time and hope you will too.

Was great even though a bit crowded. Couldn’t sleep well as my room was next to a bathroom but otherwise all was clean and organized
