The house is brand new. Only few minutes or two to any type of store you are looking for with tons activities. Super convenience for shopping. 3 minutes to Natick Mall by drive. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dinning room, living room and kitchen. With ton of sunlight to enjoy in the backyard. Very quiet but just 2 minutes to restauran The cleaning and safe are our most concerns for the guests. 1. We fixed the electric lock, guests easy to check in without contact with others. 2. We clean and disfect the house completely. Guests use the whole house by themselves. Nobody share any public area. 3. Every room has fixed seperated air conditioner. 4. I put hand sanitizer, wipes, disinfectant and gloves in the house for your use. It's the great place for famlies. Convience to cook and enjoy famlies time. A short distance to Natick's lovely town center and the train to Boston-and just miles away from Wellesley College and many farms, ponds, and trails. Perfect for a stay-cation, comfortable business travel, or when visiting nearby colleges, and an alternative to expensive hotels in Bosto

This is our second stay at Quimin's - each for the Boston Marathon weekend. It's perfect for a mile 10 viewing! Quimin is a great host - quick to answer any questions and always available. The house is cute and simple and everything about it is easy and casual - perfect to relax in after a day downtown!
Our stay was lovely. The house is in a quiet area that is also very close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again. 
This is a very nice property and very convenient for getting around the Boston area. We stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable. Wifi worked very well. The house has some basic cable channels which let us keep up on football games over the weekend. The host is very nice to communicate with. I would recommend this property if you will be staying in the area.
Qiumin’s home was perfect for our family visit. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There was a room with a desk that one family member could use to work from home. The bathrooms are updated and bright. The upstairs bathroom would benefit from a little stand or something to put your toiletries on, but that was the only thing to mention. The yard is spacious with a cute table and chairs. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen was amply stocked. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Lastly Qiumin was always very quick to respond. This communication was very much appreciated!
Very spacious single family home that worked perfect for our family of 5. This place was clean, well-stocked and conveniently located off of route 9.

Safe and quiet neighborhood but close to restaurant,all shopping center. Walmat, Natick Mall, Home Goods etc.
close to Route 9. Many amenities are located right in our downtown area—which is a half mile walk from our home. The commuter rail is also conveniently located from us. Many people Uber around or have their own cars. We’re happy to provide more info about getting around upon request.
