I am very upset to even write this review but feel like I have no choice The apartment is in a great location, and the pool is perfect. However the place needs an over hall. Needs a good dust, and paint. The second bathroom is unusable as the shower sprays everywhere and floods, which you will see by the wooden flooring splitting. The toilet is also hanging off the wall. The bedsheets in most of the bedroom were ripped at the bottom, the owner then tried to blame us for this and charge us! We also got a keycard taken off us by security as they hadn’t signed their lease - we got blamed and charged for this! Then in the main room there was a mirrored chest of drawers, the side and one drawer was damaged - they have blamed us for this and charged us for it!! We took a baby and a 4 year old if there was glass smashed we would of known and tidied it up! I am appalled we are being charged for this, but they are more concerned in losing customers clearly! DONT STAY HERE!!

My stay at this apartment was terrible from the start , the first thing was the smell that occurred as we walked in , then the stains and cigarette burn on couch , then we found things under beds that had. Not been cleaned , there was stains on pillow case. The apartment then wasn’t equipped for us to change anything , no cleaning products , no mops , no cloths so we had to go out and buy all of this including air freshener for the terrible smell that kept reoccurring. There was only 4 towels when the apartment sleeps 6 , there was no coffee pods , there was no washing up liquid , all things we had to buy , Then we had someone approach us by the pool area to open our apartment from the building as we had to let him in as they were fixing a leak, this interrupted our day. The building work going on next door was very noisy too.When we asked and told the guy he did not reply or send any cleaners around which was expected The door was so dirty we cleaned it tissue was black.

간혹 청소에 대한 후기를 봤을때 오지 말았어야 했어요. 그 곳에 머무는 동안 우리는 아무것도 만지기 싫어했어요. 뷰는 가치있지만 그 외는 가격에 비해 형편없었어요.

Really loved our stay in this property The property itself was brilliant very big and comfortable. Easy to communicate with hosts The pool snd beach are the best I’ve used in Dubai - the mix of hotel guests and residents is great. Very peaceful beach. We had a great time - thank you
