very nice place and location, hotel crews are very accomodating and friendly, almost everything is there, i highly recommend the place, easy access, its worth what you paid. it was a good experience.

The Location of the Property is good and central in Davao city, can do everything around there. It’s okay for the price. The Gym that is listed as free, is not free and there was no solution offered. So we could not use it one day, witzigstem paying 200PHP per person. Another thing is the Wi-Fi, 90% of the time no or terrible connection. Really not fit for working. And it is really cockroach infected , they are everywhere, in the bathroom under the bed in the Clauset. Thankfully only small ones All in all not a really good stay.
