This ranch style home with a finished basement is located on a quiet residential street. I have spent much time turning the place into a urban farm of sorts. There are chickens that produce fresh eggs daily and a veggie garden to eat from, if interested. Additionally the back yard offers a deck to relax/grill on and a fire pit. I live here with my 11 year old son, Eli. This is our primary residence so there are personal touches and items.

We loved staying here! The area was perfect and close to Churchill Downs. We also loved having fresh eggs for breakfast!

Marie’s house is on a quiet street while still providing fast and easy access to the highways. The house also provides the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen for a rental. We would definitely stay again.

The house is located in the Highlands neighborhood which is very well known for it's amazing restaurants, local shops, and night life. The house on a quiet residual street that is 1 block away from local coffee spot (Heine Brothers Coffee), organic grocery shop, gym, and restaurants. There is a Tesla charge station at the end of the street.

Very centrally located within Louisville, seconds from the expressway making it easy to get about anywhere in the city in about 10- 15 minutes.
