The property consists of a large house where the host lives and a second building with guest apartments. It is a rural setting so very beautiful area. The apartments are simple but clean and comfortable. The one I stayed in had two double beds so it would be good for a family and the price is reasonable. The host was friendly and stayed up until 3am for my arrival since I had a late flight. Location is good in some ways and less good in others. It is very near to the airport and a 20 minute inexpensive Grab ride to the city. The biggest drawback is there are no stores or restaurants nearby although there was a store and some food stands about a 10 minute walk away. The internet was very fast but both the internet and electricity went out a few times. This is a problem in all of Sabah but a bit worse in the rural areas than the city. If you want a quiet peaceful place I would recommend it but if you prefer to be near bars, restaurants and stores it is better to be in the city.

Hiasan luar rumah cantik dan menarik. Harap dpt ganti mangkuk tandas. Ada semut halus. Harga sgt berpatutan. Hostnya friendly.

Great place to stay alone or with family. The host is just perfect! The place is clean and pleasant to stay in 10 out of 10! Also it is not expensive! Will come back here again, no need to look for alternative.

Much better than expected, clean, spacious, safe, everything is great and im very satisfied with my stay, will be one of my fav stay at kk 👍🏻 totally recommended
