We had a lovely October week here. We were three families of 12 people all together, 6 adults and 6 kids aged 8-13. The house was spacious and well appointed and the games room was great for rainy days. The location is lovely, private but convenient to lots of great things in the Tuscan countryside including Lucca, Florence etc. A great holiday home!

The pictures do not even do this villa justice! It's breathtakingly gorgeous inside and out! Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay that felt so luxurious and yet so homey. Ilaria was very responsive and the caretaker Donald was one of a kind! He attended to our every need and he was so friendly and welcoming. We had the opportunity to meet his family and had such a lovely conversation getting to know them. Donald is truly a gem! I would definitely stay here again, it had everything we needed and more. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Beautiful villa, great for groups! The pool is so nice, and the outdoor area with the views of Tuscany and Florence was stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

This villa exceeded our expectations! The outdoor space, the amazing views, the inside decor, and amenities were perfect! It looks like what I had in my mind when I thought of a Tuscan villa. We practiced yoga outside and it was serene and beautiful.

This villa was perfect for our large family group of 11. The pool and huge property is private well laid out. Donald the house manager was the nicest and was available for questions and help with the villa at all times. He even did airport runs as our group pealed off. The bedrooms were completely quiet from the kids partying late into the night in the huge game room. Walking distance to coffee, food and basic supplies although you do need transportation for most everything else although 5 to 10 minutes to everything you need.
