I often stay at a different resort but decided to try this one. This was a 14 bedroom, 14 bathroom home. The house is nice but needs a a lot of maintenance. The pool sensor was broken so pool could not be heated. This was not diagnosed until someone physically came out. They kept giving me instructions for a pool that would not heat up. It was not repaired until Sunday evening, but of course it takes a while to heat the pool. We were leaving Monday, so it was useless. We did get a refund. Thank you. There was no mop or broom to clean up. We had to go purchase them. The toilet handle in my bathroom was broken. It was repaired for 15 mins then not working properly again. One of the bedrooms had no light. I assume a bulb was blown and was told to look for extra bulb in drawer. The light was on the ceiling. The kitchen sink stayed clogged. My family and I travel to Orlando twice a week and this was a disaster. No pool and no television. I wish they would refund me some money back

Amazing value. Safe gated community. Spacious and one of the best values for an airbnb i've ever experienced. The space was as good as advertised.

The house was lovely, myself and guess loved the place , the host was very helpful and responded back very fast and was very helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I will book again

The owner and team were great!! We needed more trash pick-up days because of the size of the house, but as soon as I messaged about the need for tradh pick up, the team was on it. We also had an issue with the pool alarm, and it was addressed immediately. My family vacation every year and we are looking forward to renting again next year. Great job to the owner and team. It's one of the BEST vacations for my family..thanks so much.
