Villa Fronte spiaggia divisa in due appartamenti. La villa Avventura può essere affittata interamente oppure in due appartamenti separati L'appartamento che vi proponiamo si chiama "Perla Marina" Interno: tre camere da letto, bagno con vasca, bagnetto di servizio con doccia, ampio soggiorno con divano letto, Esterno: giardino e terrazza fronte spiaggia attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, divani , ombrellone e vasca idromassaggio. Posto auto privato, zona lavanderia. Comfort: aria condizionata wifi l'ingresso per le auto è in comune per tutta la villa ma ogni appartamento ha il suo posto auto dedicato. Il giardino è stato diviso in due in modo da ottenere due spazi separati che godono di una buona privacy. La localizzazione è ottima, entrambi gli appartamenti risultano fronte spiaggia Bernardini e all'interno del condominio "La Perla Marina" Santa Margherita di Pula L'appartamento Perla Marina ha l'accesso diretto dalla terrrazza alla spiaggia e gode di tutti i comfort

Traumlage direkt am Strand. Whirlpool und Grill sind auch vorhanden.
Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Strand. 😍 Stefano war immer erreichbar. Wir haben allerdings nur einmal kurz seine Hilfe benötigt. Die Lage ist einmalig. Quasi aus dem Bett an den Strand. Ein wunderbarer Abschluss unserer 4. Sardinienrundreise. Danke.
Lovely place with an incredible location. You can walk right out the back onto an incredibly beautiful beach. You can walk down the beach about 5 minutes to some decent restaurants and beach bars (we like L'oasi di Fabrizio and Babaii for food; Itinera Beach Turistica has bad food but good drinks). The house is very nice. It has good air conditioning in all of the rooms except one (the small bedroom), and it has good light-blocking shutters in most of the house. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
Beautiful Location with beautiful Garden and Terrace with Table and deck chairs overlooking the ocean directly on the beach. The apartment is exactly as on the pictures with a very well equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Stefano was always quick to answer and was very kind and forthcoming.
