Was responsive immediately after i completed booking, but all she wanted to know where was my full name and where I was from. I messaged her 5 days prior to checking in about motor bikes, no response. I messaged her the day before check in about the check in process because in her booking page it says to contact her for check in process, no response. After landing in CEB airport, I messaged her again several times via the app, texted and call- not responsive to anything. I understand there might be a time zone difference, but something as important as the check in process, especially for an airbnb that is 4 hours away from the airport should be communicated with guests ahead of time.
