This is a really cool place, we stayed just one night but would have been nice to stick around a bit longer. This place while preserving your privacy has a really cool “hostel” vibe, we met a lot of people! :) The check in was easy, and the included breakfast was very nice. A nice addition is that they offer some activities such as surfing, rental bikes etc. Thank you for having us, we would definitely return!

Close enough to the buzzing tourist hotspot Lagos, but far enough to enjoy the relaxed vibe of nature. Excellent kite, surf and SUP spots in all directions. These are the main reasons why we love Burgau. And there’s the food. Screamingly fresh fish straight off the boat, Portuguese or international delicacies – you name it. Oh, did we already mention the laid-back little beach and the super scenic walks along the cliffs…?

The Ocean Spirits Lodge is walking distance to the beach, small supermarket, bars and restaurants.
There is a bus, Linha 4 - Burgau to Lagos running everyday, several bus per day.
