Irina made sure our stay was easy, comfortable, and she was friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. She stocked the fridge with cold waters, pumpkin spice creamer, and she provided a nice selection of gourmet coffees, and snacks. We will absolutely book a stay with her again the next time we’re in town.

My group and I had an incredible time celebrating our “Galantine’s Day” at Irina’s place. It was spacious enough for us (7 women of varying ages and sizes) not to feel like we were crowding each other, but cozy enough for karaoke, games, and great conversation. And we had our fill of her water which was a great alternative to bottled water for us tumbler using girlies. I would absolutely book again, especially because of its proximity to everything.

The house is in a good location (less than a block from UNCC campus and minutes from U City area) and was accurately described. It left a lot to be desired related to cleanliness though- carpets and couches need a deep clean, kitchen floor was very dirty, lots of bottles in bathrooms, lots of items on kitchen counters, kitchen appliances need a wipe down, etc. It is an older house in need some cleaning and updating before I’d stay there again- too many little things that need to be attended to to make it a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Host was pleasant, just wasn’t as nice a place as we’d hoped for. Plenty of space, just don’t expect clean and tidy rooms and kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. It was perfect for our group and we would book this home again and would highly recommend.
