Casa Stella is a recently renovated penthouse(3rd floor) at the centre of Agia Triada, with panoramic view of the hill and Thermaic Gulf. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 20m from the bus stop and 80m from the sundy beach. It is ideal for couples, families with a child or small groups of friends who want to relax and take a break from routine. In close distance you can find everything you need for your holidays such as mini markets, bakery, restaurants, coffe shops, beach bars, pharmacy. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay of three persons. It consists of an air-conditioning bedroom with a semi-double and a single bed, a smart-tv and a wardrobe.There is also a small kitchen with a large fridge and all facilities to prepare your meals, and a shower bath. The terrace is spacious and is shared by two studios, each with a different orientation to ensure your privacy.

Stella as the host was very nice and polite. She always answered questions. I had the pleasure of staying at a cosy apartment in Agia Triada and I must say, it was an absolute delight! beautiful view of the sea from the apartment was truly mesmerizing. Not only was the apartment close to the beach, but it was also conveniently located near local restaurants and shops. It made exploring the area and enjoying the local cuisine incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to dine out or pick up some groceries, everything was within walking distance.All in all, I highly recommend this cosy apartment in Agia Triada. With its close proximity to the sea, stunning views, convenience to local amenities, cleanliness, and a friendly host, it truly offers a memorable and comfortable experience. :)
Ιδιαίτερα συμπαθής άνθρωπος και οικοδεσπότης η κυρία Στέλλα. Είχαμε μια άψογη υποδοχή με κέρασμα και σπιτικό γλυκό. Ο χώρος αρκετά καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Μας έδωσε αρκετές πληροφορίες για την περιοχή και ήταν παραπάνω από πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε, πράγμα που βοήθησε το ταξίδι μας να γίνει ακόμα καλύτερο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την διαμονή και σας προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε ταξιδιώτη επιθυμεί να μείνει στην όμορφη παραλιακή και ήσυχη περιοχή της Αγ. Τριάδας
Ενα value for money κατάλυμα, πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Agia Triada is a picturesque seaside suburb at a distance of 25 kilometers from Thessaloniki and 15 kilometers from the airport. It is offered for quiet, economical holidays. It has a sandy beach awarded with a blue flag for its cleaness, taverns, cafeterias and bars. It is an ideal place to enjoy swimming, walking and tasting your favorite snacks by the sea. Finally, you can use it as a base for trips to shopping centers (Mediterranean Cosmos, Ikea, Mega Outlet, Hondos Center) and nearby areas, such as Thessaloniki, Nea Michaniona, Neoi Epivates, Perea or Halkidiki.
The house is located near the bus stops for Thessaloniki (50m) and for Nea Michaniona (100m). Getting around is easy by bus (72, 76), car or bicycle. During the summer months there is a ferry connection between Agia Triada and Thessaloniki.
