Stayed while here while I toured U of A and had a fabulous time! It was conviently located and easy to get in and out of. This is the place you want to stay when the vacation is getting out of the city, not staying in. It's similar to a hostel with a shared kitchen and bathroom but for the most part everyone kept to themselves and were very respectful. As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe. If I am in the area and need a room on a budget this would fit the bill again! Filomena was an incredibly responsive host and gave thorough instructions before and during my stay. When I forgot a charger she was great at making sure I had one!

I had a one-week conference at the University of Arizona and this airbnb was a great spot for great value.

La Vita House is very well located at 5-10 walk from downtown and the university. It is a large house, shared with several people mostly students and adults. There are community coffee, appliances and a very convenient laundry room that are accessible to use. Housemates that I met were really nice people! The parking spot around the corner is convenient.
