This place is very clean and tidy, and I did enjoy the accommodations until my experience with the long term guests who live there, no one spoke to me at all, but about a week into my stay Around 7am I woke up from my sleep to swearing and a very loud and demeaning conversation (about me!)outside my bedroom door. Beyond unwelcome I felt bullied and harassed as I knew they knew I could hear what they were saying. I have never experienced something like this at an Airbnb before and hope to never again. This place should not be up for availability on Airbnb. I left that day, found other accommodations and ended my stay early, the host refused to refund me for the remaining 3 nights of my stay saying the other guests had noise complaints about me. I did not turn on the tv once or play music from a speaker ever. The only noise I made was juicing celery twice and blending my coffee in the blender every morning. Very disappointing stay.

I extended my stay twice, that speaks for itself. Came to Welland to cycle and was lucky to have had great cycling weather. The house is centrally located, quiet, and spotless. The host always responded immediately when I contacted him. The other guests were all great people, considerate of each other, respecting other guests. The house had a friendly atmosphere. If I'd return to Niagara region I would chose this AirBnB again.

Came to Welland to do some cycling. Extended my stay a couple of times. The place is spotless, and in a great central location. Tomasz takes pride in his property, it is well maintained and he checks on it weekly. Security cameras on site. Quick reponse time. After 10 pm house is very quiet. You share with a few other people, so be flexible and co-operate with the other guests, and you will have a great experience. Basic amenities, I appreciated a small size fridge with freezer compartment in my room. I would stay here again.
