Richard was a fantastic host - super helpful and responsive. The flat was beautiful, spacious and cosy, with a great view from the living room. Located right at Folly Bridge, I had easy access to both the city centre and the surrounding recreational areas. Working from home was also easily possible (quiet area, good WiFi). You would be hard-pressed to find a better place in Oxford - five stars!

We had a wonderful stay, the flat was perfect, very well kitted out, and comfortable. Brilliant to have a balcony. All very quiet yet very short walk into town. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Broken key was replaced promptly. Hoping to come again soon!

This is the second time we spent a week at Richards and we came back because we like it so much the first time. And we'll come back again. It was comfortable, well located and easy to access. We love to walk and the Thames River and with its walking paths go right by the house and there was also easy access to paths in the meadow of the Christ Church College. Richards was very responsive to our questions and attentive to our needs.

The space is exactly as described in the photos. A very peaceful and silent neighborhood. I worked a lot at home and never had a problem with noise. The space is very well located, you have everything you need just a few minutes walk away. And Richard is very attentive and helpful, always very polite and available to help with everything. I will definitely stay at this place again when I am in Oxford.
