We had a wonderful stay! From the fresh fruit to the birthday cake, The beautiful vistas and the private the steps to the beach The fish feeding and the great restaurants- It was amazing ! Bill is a great host and we will definitely be back!

Bill and Jannira are wonderful host. Their warm welcome and generous accommodations were greatly appreciated. Visiting Puerto Rico was a wonderful experience. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their kindness during our stay. Their hospitality made our trip feel like we were right at home. My family and I will definitely stay again at Latitude 18.

This was my second stay at Bill’s and it did not disappoint! This time I stayed with my girlfriends for our 50th birthday and I let Bill know why we were coming. Bill is such a top notch host! He always leaves fresh fruit, cut fruit and this time he left an entire cake that said “Happy 50th Birthday”. Bill’s place is absolutely spectacular and you will not want to leave. I fall more in love with Rincón every time I stay there. It’s peaceful and beautiful and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is just so nice. Thank for an amazing stay!

From being greeted personally to a fruit basket upon arrival to a fruit salad for breakfast and let’s not forget the full bar of Olay soap - but what really stole my heart was the view. We loved it so much, we decided to cook on the grill the second night and stay in. We’re not early risers so completely missed the sunrise which I hear is breathtaking. The updated bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The bedrooms clean and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, but our favorite were the outdoor spaces. There were multiple decks to choose from to take in the exceptional views. Bill, thank you. We’ll be back.

Very good place. Excellent ocean view/front. Kids enjoy feeding fish with bill. Definitely will go again.
