There is a sitting room in the front, along with a large living area with a television near the back of the home. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops, and there is a stackable laundry and dryer. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There is an electric stove with an oven, cookware, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size refrigerator. Sometimes, we provide K-Cups. We generally do not provide water. Linens and towels for four guests is provided. High speed Wi-Fi is included. The unit has central heat and air conditioning but we ask that you turn the thermostat no higher than 70 degrees in the winter and no lower than 72 degrees in the summer. However, we don't want you to suffer. If you must adjust outside of those boundaries, please set the thermostat back prior to leaving. An Amazon Fire Stick allows you to log into Netflix and watch for free. You may log into other apps with your own login. Basic channels are not available. Street and driveway parking is available.
