The house is big and well staged. Modern and spacious. 2 bedrooms are standard size, the other 2 bedrooms are decent size. One of the bedroom has a bathtub only, the other three has shower and bath. long big dinning table can easily fit 10-12 people. But the long bench doesn’t have good support. Just need to be careful. And the table is raw wood, so it’s very easy to stain it if you accidentally spill sauce. We were charged a cleaning fee and a fee to resand the table because we’ve left a pasta sauce stain. We agreed to pay for the extra cleaning fee for the mess and suggest the host to paint the wooden table with an easy to clean coat. The house has a lot of plates and silverware, but not many cookwares. It has a single door fridge without a freezer. It has a mini countertop freezer hidden underneath the kitchen island. It’s tricky to turn on the stove, sometimes you had to use a lighter. The oven is very small and outdated. The kitchen has no essential supplies. Stairs are steep

Fanny's place was perfect for our family ski weekend. Beautiful house with everything we needed. I highly recommend this airbnb.

Beautiful cottage… everything was perfect. Clean and well organized. Stayed for a long weekend of 5 days for a ski trip. Located in the beautiful county of Knowlton, close to Bromont and Sutton for exceptional winter experiences… Would do it again and strongly recommend ! Cheers

We had the opportunity to stay at Fanny's place for a wedding and stayed the weekend. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. For me, the host has a classification "Super Host" & that is a standard the host achieves. To me, a Super Host should also be when the experience is above a typical rental, a home away from home, with added features like a stocked pantry, more cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish towels, and other items made available, like staying at your friend's place. The linens were showing their age and some of the basic bathroom amenities were absent. Upon reading the list, I can say that everything was as described, but I did not have a checklist saying what wasn't there. This made the value somewhat disappointing. Lastly, the rules for check-out were very clear. A little request for a late checkout caused a bit of commotion and a 50$ fee was levied. It all worked out. I should have read the rules!
