Great place to stay at we had a lot of fun!

House was fine for a larger group and we had a good time. However the property and house have not been maintained. Cockroaches in the house. Overgrown walk paths to the lake. Dirty lounge chairs near the water. There were loose nail heads coming out of the door frame. One ripped my shirt while walking inside. Could be much better if it was maintained.

Three families with kids 10 & under enjoyed the stay for a long weekend. Comfortable beds & clean bathrooms. Had to reach out to the owner who responded timely & helped us find a quick solution to our issue.

The place was great and spacious- it was beautifully decorated and clean. Lots is seating and room for relaxing. It was close to restaurants and the square for shopping and fun. We would stay here again!

The place is great! Perfect for our long weekend ladies trip with 10 people. Read the reviews about the layout and stairs to be sure you know what to expect. My additional observations is the highway is close and traffic noise is very obvious when outside enjoying the balcony & lake sitting spaces. It's outside in Texas, by the lake, expect mosquitoes and other insects but the location could use more frequent sweeping of outside seating areas to take care of spiderwebs, can't take it away but it could be better. Overall, we had a very enjoyably time and all the spaces offered exactly what we needed for our group. We loved the decor and proximity to the lake! We're planning to return!!
