Lots of stains on the sofa, there are breadcrumbs left in the armchairs. Bangs on the walls. Dirty garden chairs.... When you inform the contact, the response is "I will inform the cleaning agency", "The owner is aware of this problem". It is therefore an agency which has another company cleaning it but without control of the work carried out. The agency simply informs the owner but does not report problems on the website. Price question: The price asked by the owner + The agency commission + the AirBnB commission, it starts to count, especially since the service does not follow. Otherwise, the site is impeccable, end of street, 6m from the beach... Please note, the bed is made of an 8cm foam mattress placed on a pallet, I complained but according to the agency, it corresponds to the photos (this is correct but you have to look closely). No problem if you're 18 and don't mind sleeping on a hard floor.

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Loved the place and the location. Beautiful views of the water from the apartment. Clean. Quiet area. A nice contrast from touristic Delphi but close enough to drive to the main sites.

This place is perfectly located for all the excursions in the area. It is super quiet and the view is fantastic. It doesn’t offer any privacy though and I would not recommend it for couples. The layout is basically an open space with no doors to speak of. The upstairs bathroom is difficult to use because it floods when you take a shower. In the kitchen there are some essentials missing like a proper cutting knife, non plastic glasses and a salat bowl. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute of our time there.
