Location was great. It seems it was better value than a hotel. However, there were some issues with the amenities. The sofa bed doesn’t fold flat, so the sofa is quite uncomfortable. The closet doors have automatic lights, but they were broken and the lights did not turn off even with the closet doors closed. Finally, the aircon in my bedroom was *extremely* loud. I had to choose between sweating all night in the heat and having the loud unit on, but that prevented sleep. Because these features of the flat were not very well maintained, I can’t give a fully positive review.

excellent aparthotel. friendly and helpful staff, all very clean. Perfect for those seeking an appartment instead of a regular hotel room.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There was housekeeping to clean for us. The front desk staff were helpful. It was just under a 10 minute walk to the train. Trains and taxis are needed to get to most places. The gym had a decent amount of equipment but lacked cooling. The contact via Airbnb was slow to respond. The breakfast in the building is served weekdays and was takeaway with limited options. We were not on the list to receive any included breakfast so we just bought our own.

great location, close to several MRT stations. Host did not reply when messaged but everything was smooth with check in/check out etc. will stay there again when in Singapore.
