We had a wonderful vacation. Stavros is a great host, he makes sure everything is all right and provides even more than the necessary things. The house is very well equipped, there is nothing you're going to miss while you're there. By car, it's pretty easy to get to the house, without a car, it might be a bit difficult. All in all, we can truly recommend staying at Stavros house. Thank you, Stavros!

Stravos was a wonderful host. His accommodation was just as beautiful and quiet as described. He greeted us so lovingly with little surprises and food so that we could start our vacation relaxed straight away. He was available at any time and always helped us with any questions. a really wonderful holiday and we felt completely comfortable. highly recommended!

Stavros certainly lived up to and surpassed his superhost rating. We mentioned a concern about the stair railing opening being big enough for our toddler to fall through, 1 day later he had safety railing installed and a new baby gate delivered for us as well. We found him to be friendly, helpful and attentive. The flat was wonderful, there were personalized gifts and lots of treats there for us upon arrival. Can't say enough good things about Stavros and the flat, 30 seconds walk from a beautiful beach - we'll be back for sure.

Basically, perfect. Stavros was in communication with us from booking to checking-out. He was always very thoughtful, considerate and kind. We were constantly surprised with goodies from the time of our arrival right through our stay. He went out of his way for my wife’s birthday, a special cake and vintage wine, a liquor, chocolates and roses on Valentine’s Day. We wear really spoiled by him. Larnaca airport is 10 minutes away, but the planes are not that noticeable and the cottage is only 30 steps from the sea. It is meticulously clean and anything and everything is available in both the kitchen and bathroom. Everything works and is very modern. No issues at all. On arrival you will have a choice of fresh pastries, snacks, sweets and homemade lemonade as well as 20 l of drinking water. It is stylishly decorated with many personal touches. He allowed us to stay longer than the checkout time for our flight. His previous reviews were completely right. Just book the cottage.

Where do I begin to describe this place and host..simply perfect! Communication with Stavros was great right from the beginning, very helpful, very welcoming but at the same time non intrusive which I really appreciate. He is a very thoughtful host and clearly cares about his guests and not just his business. Suprises kept coming the entire stay, but I won’t get into details because I don’t want to spoil it for other guests.About the place..we stayed 2 weeks end of January and even though the weather was not always great we enjoyed every minute.Can’t imagine how lovely it is when it’s warmer outside. I would say everything was even better than the pictures showed. A home at the seaside!I will definitely miss drinking my coffee on the bench in front of the sea.We had 2 kids under 2 with us and this place made vacationing with them easy peasy. So, I recommend recommend recommend Stavros and his cozy beach house!
