Beautiful, clean and well maintained place with modern amenities like Amazon Echo, and Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. The host Kevin was very helpful with his instructions and local recommendations. 20 minutes away from Seaton beach and next to the Donkey Park. The welcome basket was a special touch and very kind to include cat treats for our pet cat as well. Glad we could enjoy the hottub too, thanks to the weather conditions which were better during our stay.

Great Cottage, has everything that was needed for a week away. Directions and check in was very easy and communication with Kevin was fantastic he rang the day before to explain everything. The property was very clean. Definitely worth a visit!

Kevin was a very good host. The place was fantastic for our kids. Lots of entertainment including swimming pool and parks.
