Gardens and oil area are amazing with bbq and pizza oven. Seperate covered lounge area with fridge which was great for some shade. House was small but adequate as only used for sleeping. Air con a blessing in 38 degrees. The people are lovely especially the farmer who brought fresh zucchini and cucumbers and tomatoes. Very nice people

We had a wonderful time in Orzale! The location and landscape is beautiful and very idyllic. The house is a little bit tiny, but the garden was so beautiful and the pool was huge. The location is perfect, if you want to chill and have your privacy and peace. The next village, Castiglion Fiorentino, is 10 min by car. You can do your shopping there and travel to the rest of Tuscany by train. The hosts were also very friendly and uncomplicated.

The advertisement for this house is very MISLEADING: 1) the place is photographed with a very wide-angle lens and the rooms look much bigger than they are in reality. The place is too small to actually live in with four people if the weather is bad. 2) One bedroom has also been photographed as a living room; but there is no living room at all that is separate from the kitchen. 3) It says there are two bathrooms in the house, while there is only one. 4) Only after booking extra costs are shown in the 'house rules': € 100 for cleaning, plus costs for electricity for airconditioning. While when you book it says 'service costs: € 0,- ' 5) The garden is separated from the appartment by a road and this is not mentioned in the advertisement. When you go swimming you have to lock the door, unlock the garden, and vice versa; you have to carry food etc. down a very narrow stairway from the first floor, and then over the street; very annoying and stressful. 6) the place is called a farm, but is in fact a three story appartment. 7) the house hardly cools off during summer nights; the fan was old and made a lot of noise, and kept me from sleeping. 8) The advertisement says the house is airconditioned, while airconditioning is in only one sleeping room. This is only mentioned in the House rules, after booking. Apart from this: The pool and garden are great. The location is very quiet, in a beautiful landscape, close to nice villages. The owner, his wife & daughter are very kind and helpful. Our conclusion is that we paid too much for the value that was offered.

The most amazing week with my best friends. The villa is very cute and the pool area is incredible! The owners are so so lovely and made our week very special
