House was perfect and fit everyone comfortably. Nani is a great host any question or issue we had a response was received almost instantaneously! Would definitely stay here again!

Our flight from Manchester was cancelled, which was a nightmare so didn’t arrive at the villa until 2am instead of the expected 4pm. Nani was very responsive and helpful about our late check in and assured us we’d be ok. The villa was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Pool is actually bigger than the photos portray which is rare! The only reason I’ve not given 5* is because of the garden which had an area of rubble in corner and a broken chair. The garden also suffers from the smell of the diner behind and the noisy highway, which obviously is not their fault but it did impact. The micro brewery across the highway with its taco van is a great convenience for the villa as we had a great night here (with added karaoke) and the Spanish deli is cute too, but otherwise you will need to Uber everywhere from here. Neighbourhood seems nice and well kept. Glad we stayed here before moving onto South Beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We had one issue with there not being wine glasses when we showed up and Nani had them delivered to us within 30 minutes. Always quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. The beds are very comfortable, memory foam. Great location for us since we were there for a U of Miami baseball weekend.
