Amazingly beautiful 180 degree sea view, clean and spacious. Overall good and very satisfied, but there were several issues with apartment. Pool could have been cleaner but was much better when the filteration system was fixed. A cover may be needed to prevent wildlife entering mistakenly. Possible to walk up, need a torch at night for path, if not booking a taxi. On walking trail, which is handy. Beautiful views.

This is a super place to stay - stunning location and great house and pool. Nicolo was a very responsive and helpful host. Minor maintainance issues needed (socket in one of the double bedrooms for light/flexes didn't work) and air conditioning for the second double bedroom wasn't very good. We mended the poolside brolly/shade which wasn't fully functioning on arrival. But an amazing place, very private and everything we hoped it would be. Would come again.

The sunset and the views are amazing. And the quiet position yet in walking/hiking distance to the nice and local town of Levanto could make it the perfect house. Fantastic for exploring Cinque Terre. However it needs an upgrade - and it’s such a pity because it only needs few amendments and we really loved the house/position itself. Some chairs were broken, the only parasol too so you couldn’t find shadow anywhere outside between noon and sunset. No real sunbeds and only 2 bedrooms with aircon - e.g. the 2 upper bedrooms were 30 degrees until midnight even though we kept the blinds closed. Nicolo was nice, responsive and attentive and did bring 2 new chairs, tried to fix the parasol and brought some proper glasses (almost only plastic in the sparsome 2 kitchens - no owens eg). We were a family of 9 - and the lack of shadow and hot indoor did put a strain on what could have been perfect! Also pool not very clean and nobody attended in the week we were there.

Wow!!! This house overlooking the ocean and Levanto is nothing short of WOW! An old house with all the quirks of an old house with aircons in a couple of the bedrooms for warmer nights. The pool is incredible as it overlooks the whole bay, the children (6&8yr olds) spent hours happily playing in it. The house is built right on the side of the hill so has several flights of stairs joining the floors so a good ability to climb stairs is necessary. Quiet away from the hustle of town but town is easily reached by a little track or by car. I would book this stay over and over again any time I come to visit the Cinque Terre for sure. It will be chiseled in our memories for ever.

Nicola was very helpful arranging our transport to and from the station, check in was made very simple with Nicola greeting us at the train station and escorting us to the property. The property location was about 20 minute walk to the beach and restauants, you could walk down by the road or the track which was a bike rocky, the setting was amazing with unreal sunsets. The property could benefit from an update of the outdoor furniture as some of the loungers were broken and overall because of all the outdoor spaces it would be nice to have more furniture to really enjoy all the amazing views. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the kitchens could do with more dishes etc to have a better selection and also more area to prepare food would be good. Thank you Nicola for your help and great communication.
