It was absolutely perfect!! As a female solo camper I felt safe and comfortable. It was also so beautiful. Tiffany is super accommodating and went above and beyond helping my stay go well. 10/10 recommend and I certainly will be back!!

Very good spot to just enjoy some solitude a while. You'll hear cars on the road nearby and a few will drve in and out of the ranch past you, but not a single person walked by during my stay so it felt pretty private. Little small if you're wanting to move around a lot. Very nice sleeping right next to a running stream!

Good spot to camp near Knoxville, GPS takes you to the wrong place. If you message Tiffany, she will provide additional instructions to the site. The site was easy enough to find, as it's just off the driveway on the right before the bridge on the property. The site itself is very small, and there are many thorns and rocks. Finding a flat spot for the tent was a little difficult as there wasn't much space on the site with the car parked there as well. Being next to the creek is nice! There is also a fire pit and chairs to relax nearby. The fire pit could be a bit larger/taller to help reflect heat and keep the embers safe. Surprisingly, several cars drove down the driveway right beside the campsite several times during our stay, so privacy isn't to be expected here. There is also a main road and gas station near the property, which was convenient. There was a good bit of road noise, however. All in all, a good spot in a pinch if you want to camp near Knoxville, but a little pricey.

Non possiamo parlare molto del posto perché siamo arrivati di notte e ripartiti all’alba, ma la posizione è perfetta per chi deve accamparsi arrivando all’aeroporto molto tardi, non ci sono limiti di orario per il check-in e per noi è stato importantissimo, la comunicazione con Tiffany è stata super fluida e se si osserva bene il navigatore è molto semplice da trovare, Tiffany è stata gentile e disponibile
