Casa Bugo was a beautiful, private, clean, oasis in the middle of the walled city of Cartagena. It looks even better than the photos online. The staff was exceptional, it feels like a luxury hotel. The breakfast that is included is restaurant food, not just a continental breakfast. The food was delicious! The maid service was phenomenal, our room was cleaned to perfection daily. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. It felt so safe, there is a locked door and 24/7 security. The A/C was soooo cold! This place exceeded my expectations. Our extended family was so jealous that they didn’t stay with us at Bugo. We will be back again 10/10.

What an amazing place and the best shower !!! Hot water and everything. I always come back but the place is always sold out. Can’t wait to stay here again! Highly recommended!!! The staff 5 stars!!!!

Great spot and great price. While it’s a pretty basic room, it’s very well kept up, and the bathroom is nice. Definitely a good spot for visiting the old city. I’d definitely stay there again.

I love the place wish I would’ve stayed longer
