Do not recommend, choose another place! The place is ok and the view is great but overrow very badly managed. The garden was in bad condition, a lot of rusty places, barbeque cannot be used, one shower was broker,one bulb not changed,dishwasher was not working, the outside stove was not working. Cleanliness -it looked like it was barely cleaned and for sure not detailly cleaned, the outside shower was full with leaves, there was no broom or mop for us to use. Communication and behaviour and this is the most concerning one- the people responsible contacted me by Whats up and tried to ask for a late check in fee of 50 euros for arriving around 8:30.When we arrived the person said Please pay the tax and then I will let you know about the house.When we said that have not seen additional rules for paying extra 100 euro and it was good to be communicated in messages, the person said Well this is why when I go to vacation I do not use Airbnb.. also pretty slow responses through Whats up..

overall good but needs some TLC. the villa is in a very scenic area in a good location. The direct neighbors were very kind and helpful. unfortunately the price/quality did not match our expectations as several small things were in need of some kind of repairs and attention to details that make you feel fully comfortable on vacation. As a family we have rented many places and this is the first time we fell a little short. (maybe we have been spoiled until now?) Nothing major, just many small details that add up and we think could be better because of our past experiences and the price of the villa. The owner - Giorgio - is not local and works with a person who helps with checking in, checking out and resolving issues. Giorgio is responsive to emails and works through his helper to try and make things right when we addressed concerns with him.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend 100% . The accommodation is great, location awesome and hosts super helpful and friendly. We had a brilliant holiday and hope others will experience the same here too.
