Lovely condo. Had a very quiet and relaxing week. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and rest. Building is smaller, easy to access and was clean and well taken care of. Will be booking again in the future.

There is so much we LOVED about our 4 week stay here. CONDO: Spacious!!!, kichen well-equiped (nice pots and pans, sharp knives, two coffee makers), large master with two closets and huge master bath (shower, jet tub, ceramic hairdryer), laundry room (full sized washer/dryer with room to hang clothes) and a large 4th floor balcony (Note: elevator is brand new). LOCATION: Quiet, no cars on the beach, lots of sea shells for the kids to collect, beautiful oceanfront view, close to Canaveral National Seashore, short drive to dozens of fabulous restaurants and grocery stores, only 4 minute drive to Mary McLeod Beach Park West where there are always dolphins to view and an ocassional manatee. OWNERS: They are the best! Always answered all our questions so quickly. Even made great restaurant recommendations - SoNapa and Caffe Vesuvio are our favorites. Mon Dolice a hidden gem for amazing desserts and subs to-go on fresh french bread. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.

Great place and an excellent location on the no drive beach. Kendall and Mike were excellent with their communication with us. Ease of checkin made it nice. Enjoy the incredible sunrises and walks on the beach. Pool was heated and area was not crowded or busy at all. Highly recommend!
