What a little gem! Daniel was so helpful and responsive, the place is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our time.

May Bank holiday weekend break, we have stayed in Flamborough many times before and really love the village, The Flying Scotsman is a wonderful property, very clean, all the facilities as advertised. The apartment is ground floor with just one small step to enter the property from the street, coat and shoe storage as you enter, a second door, then in to large open kitchen/dining area with comfortable lounge off the the side, two doubles one room with en-suite and the other with a single bed added. We loved the bookcase in the living room, very clever use of an old wooden row boat. lots of places to eat, drink and walk to locally, Rose & Crown was our favourite for food and next door only 14 steps away ( yes i counted) is the royal dog and duck good food and chouce kf beers, a co-op just around the corner. Parking in the village can sometimes be difficult, get parked then walk or use the bus. Dan and Gemma communicated really well, thanks and will be booking again soon (hopefully)

Our third stay here, beautiful apartments, well equipped, fantastic location, excellent for dog walkers etc . great pubs nearby. Easy access to Bridlington Scarborough and Filey would definitely recommend this place. Great hosts very informative. We will be coming back for our fourth time in a very near future future.

Unfortunately the apartment was freezing cold on arrival as there was an issue with the central heating but after a prompt, friendly, helpful conversation with Dan the owner and and a zoom call with a good friend of mine who’s a plumber “also called Dan” this was sorted very quickly.. The apartment was absolutely spotless and modern.. My partners words when we she walked through the door was wow Guy I could live here.. I’ve visited Flamborough many times now and I have to say the location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic…. This is by no means a negative on the Flying Scotsman as I’ve stayed in a few Air BnB’s now and they’ve all been the same I just wish there was maybe a cupboard full of “dam we forgot to buy that” even if it’s half a bottle of vinegar a few sprays of fry light or a squirt of shampoo just to make you feel that little bit more at home. Thanks for a very pleasant comfortable stay Dan I can’t recommend the Flying Scotsman highly enough… Guy and Hollie xx
