I would like to rate Daniela and Roberto's accommodation as excellent. Excellent because everything is just right and we would like to recommend this accommodation to others. The surroundings are also very beautiful. There are many great restaurants, place of interests, and beautiful beaches nearby. We are a family with two children who were looking for a quiet and cozy place, but also wanted something sophisticated. We found exactly that with Daniela and Roberto and went home relaxed and satisfied. I will start my rating with the fact that we were warmly welcomed on our arrival and that Daniela's family made sure that we did not starve or die of thirst. There was immediately a tour of the house, everything important was explained to us. Now to the accommodation itself. The house is very spacious and lovingly furnished, with a large, well-equipped and cozy kitchen in which you can cook and sit together very well. The kitchen leads to the large terrace with seating furniture. All bedrooms are well furnished, air-conditioned and offer everything you need for a good night's sleep. The two bathrooms are also large, one has a whirlpool. In addition to the furniture, the living room has a fireplace; you can also watch TV or DVDs there. The property is large, well-kept and offers plenty of shade from many trees. The swimming pool is also large and suitable for both non-swimmers and swimmers. It is possible to lie on several floating mattresses there, and children can dive. Next to the pool are sun loungers, a shower with hot water connection, and there are plenty of beach towels that you can use. The house, the property and the pool are kept meticulously clean. Cleaning is done daily, both inside and outside. There are always fresh towels, the bed linen is changed regularly and the rubbish is disposed of. Top! The house itself is divided into two residential units: two upper floors are rented to the guests, Daniela and Roberto live on the lower floor. When booking, we were a little skeptical as to whether this could work. It worked perfectly! Daniela and Roberto have their own house entrance, so we never ran into each other unless we wanted to. The hosts are very discreet people with good manners. The house, the property and the pool were at our sole disposal, nobody checked or watched us. But if we needed something, Daniela was always available, helped with all questions and acted very quickly. We felt very comfortable with our hosts and recovered well. They are wonderful, warm people and we thank them for their warmth and care.

Villa Roda is a beautiful and very well kept property in a quiet part of Italy. The house as well as the pool are super clean and well equipped. Daniela and her husband, who live in an apartment at the ground floor of the villa, are lovely and discreet hosts. They are very responsive and do their best to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. It’s the perfect place to relax in the countryside.
