I needed a place offering the comforts of a home for my older parents traveling from abroad to stay. Kristin is an excellent host and provides an imaaculately kept place that offers all comforts of a home away from home. My parents had an extremenly confortable 11-day stay here. They were able to make their meals easily in the full kitchen, take strolls around the park super close by, and take full advantage of all the amenities Kristin has included in her place. This place is conveneintely located near downtown Sacramento, with easy access to the freeway, but is still super quiet and tucked away from the street, providing privacy and while lounging in the front yard under giant trees. Kristin was always extremely prompt at responding to all my messages, was easy to comunicate with, and was kind enough to be flexible to multiple changes in my parents' schedule during uncertain Covid times. My parents and I couldnt be happier with the place and with Kristin's hospitality!
