Apartments Marija are located in Slano, small village in southern Croatia with a small harbour in the bay of the same name. The location is perfect place for guests who love to enjoy the sun and sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
Bus station with frequent connections to Dubrovnik is at a distance of 1 km. Closest beach is just 100 m away, while you can find supermarket 1 km away from the property.
The area of Slano was already populated in the prehistoric period, while today, farming, olive growing, vine culture, fruit and herbs growing, fishing and tourism are the main occupations.
Excursions to Mostar and boat trips to Elaphite Island can be arranged in the town center. The entire area is filled with wine routes and agrotourism facilities in the nearby villages. The port linking Pelješac Peninsula with Mljet island is reachable within a 20-minute drive.
